At the Westbard Square counter, the kitchen pairs simply seasoned meats with a sandwich shop deli menu of specialty sandwiches and classic sides. What began in 2020 as a backyard project and food truck now operates as a brick-and-mortar home, smoking with carefully sourced wood and baking goods in-house. The cases also supply take-home provisions, from comforting staples like brisket burnt end chili and chicken pot pies to take-and-bake rugelach doughs.
