Created by chefs Sujan Sarkar and Sahil Sethi—the team behind Indienne—Sifr shapes Mediterranean and Middle Eastern recipes into an ensemble of mezze and larger shared plates. The kitchen works in grilled skewers, kebabs, and subtle fusion adaptations, alongside occasional mixed guest notes regarding entrees like the lamb shank. Inside the North Orleans Street location, seating extends across a ground-floor dining area and an expansive all-seasons terrace.
