Siam On Eastlake

Opened by a founder who moved to Seattle from Thailand, this original Eastlake spot introduced a new style of Thai dining to the city and eventually led to several locations across the area over three decades. The menu pairs customary recipes with a few classics with an American twist. The kitchen also accommodates dietary needs, with most dishes able to be made gluten-free or adjusted for allergies including soy and shellfish.
