Chef-owner Rathased Hirikul ran a restaurant in Bangkok from 1990 to 1997 before opening on the North Shore in 1998. In downtown Beverly, he and his team prepare house specials alongside familiar Thai plates, with dishes crafted so they can be customized to suit individual tastes.
