Description

Opened in 1965 by chef T.T. Wang, the venue established itself with a focus on Sichuan cuisine. Beyond its historical role in popularizing crisp orange beef, the restaurant features a dining room with low background music that keeps conversation easy even when full. The menu centers on shared plates, with guests highlighting the Mongolian sizzling beef, walnut shrimp, and sautéed string beans, followed by a light matcha crepe cake.
