Description
Established in Shinagawa, Tokyo in 2018, Showa Era revives the spirit of Japan's golden culinary era in Hell's Kitchen. The menu pairs sushi prepared by seasoned chefs and ramen crafted with slow-simmered house-made chicken broth with traditional izakaya small plates, weekly seafood flown in from Japan, curated sake, and Japanese whisky.
