Description
Started by founder Bill from backyard experiments and a food trailer, the operation drew its name from the Willie Nelson tune before expanding into a dedicated smokehouse. The smokers turn out Texas Hill Country sausage and salt & pepper ribs alongside pulled pork. Scratch sides round out the menu with jalapeño cornbread and Mr. Tony's magic green beans.
