Shorty's Sandwich Shop & Catering

Over a decade in South Phoenix, the family-run business expanded from a solo sandwich operation into a full commercial kitchen without losing its simple, neighborhood atmosphere. The menu extends past subs to include salads, burritos, and croissants, backed by daily hands-on prep: vegetables are cut fresh in-house, and the house vinaigrette is made from scratch. Locally sourced ingredients feed the shop's everyday orders as well as its catering, wholesale, and food truck operations.
