Shoreline Walks Meet Botanical Tea and Vinyl Sets

Take the paved woods trail to an esplanade, order at a tea stand, or settle into outdoor-facing seats with music. The mix supports early park visits, curious drink choices, and group celebrations.

Waterfront Drinks and Vinyl

Open-Air Hours on West 26th

Hello Hello Bar & Cafe has a windowless layout with seats facing directly outdoors. The drinks lean toward somewhat sweeter craft cocktails that avoid tasting syrupy, including house-distilled cocktails. Vinyl DJ sets add an energetic soundtrack for birthdays and group gatherings, while happy hour runs until 7:00 PM. Friday nights remain easy to walk into, and the bar stays open until 2:00 AM from Thursday through Saturday. Sunday is the weekly closure.

Main Street Botanical Counter

Below the Ranch food court, Herb Nook Lab offers floral violet blossom lattes, green apple jasmine tea, and light oolong paired with soft cucumber jelly. Specialty espresso drinks are made with SEY Coffee. Orders start at a self-service kiosk, which sends a text update and triggers a loud overhead announcement when the drink is ready. The stand is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Chisholm Shoreline

At Hermon A. MacNeil Park, a paved woods trail leads past a meadow toward the East River esplanade. Boats and the Whitestone Bridge shape the view, with fishermen gathering along the shore. A kayak launch serves paddlers, while a playground, basketball and handball courts, and a ball field fill the rest of the park. Parking is limited to the street, and restrooms are available. Hours run daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
