Description
The mission began on April 14, 1914, when twenty-five founding members gathered at Seisuke Yamashita’s home in Liliha to establish an independent group of Jodoshinshu faithful in Pawaa. Its religious life is anchored in the teachings of Shinran Shonin, focusing on gratitude, reverence, and universal salvation for all sentient beings. Alongside its temple and student facilities, the mission also maintains community programs.
