Sheridan Beach Community Club
other
A private waterfront club offering year-round beach access and seasonal pool swimming for local members and neighbors.
Description
Organized as a homeowners association for 270 deeded homes, the club runs swim lessons and seasonal programs alongside its grounds. Deeded homeowners have the option to add on a seasonal pool membership, while a limited number of non-deeded households within a one-mile radius can secure associate access to the pool and beach.
