Shelter Cocktail Bar

This dark, intimate speakeasy pairs pre-prohibition style drinks with modern mixing technology, incorporating active aroma compounds and a striking backdrop of gas masks. The beverage list spans seasonally rotating cocktails, sought-after spirits, and unique imports, alongside curated wines, beers, and ciders. To accompany the drinks, a compact kitchen offers sharing plates that combine local ingredients with international flavours.
