Description
Founded in 1962 by Frank and Evelyn Perri on South 10th Street, Shank's Original relocated to Pier 40 on South Christopher Columbus Boulevard in 2009. The kitchen continues to prepare many of its original recipes, serving traditional hoagies alongside cheesesteaks, chicken cutlets, and later menu additions like the Philly Special created after Super Bowl 52.
