Description

Bistro traditions share space with an expansive Japanese menu. The kitchen plates classical cuts finished with red wine reduction alongside modern variations like Patrón-marinated and blackened steaks. Over at the sushi counter, chefs prepare nigiri and signature rolls featuring bluefin toro, king salmon, and red snapper. Diners can round out the meal with the “Black Hat” molten chocolate cake, baked fresh to order. Operating under Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) supervision, the kitchen has anchored North Shore kosher dining and celebrations since 2004.
