Description
Shake Shack originated as a hot dog cart in Manhattan’s Madison Square Park, created to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation. Daily lines across three summers turned the cart into a permanent community fixture. In addition to the core burgers, the menu rounds out with chicken, hot dogs, beer, and wine, keeping the focus on simple, updated roadside classics.
