Shaka Surfing Academy of Waikiki

Sessions run as 90-minute private or small group lessons led by instructor Matt, who brings over 15 years of teaching experience. Training starts on the sand, breaking down board positioning and the pop-up technique before moving into the Waikiki surf. In the water, coaching centers on hands-on wave paddling and catching practice, with instructors actively pushing beginners into waves to help them catch their first rides.
