Sevierville From the Air: Downtown First, Then the Countryside
A private helicopter flight over downtown Sevierville and the rolling hills northeast of town.
The listing pitches this flight as an introduction to helicopter touring. MyFlight's own pitch for its Sevierville heliport is that you can pull in on the way through town, fly, and be back to your vacation in under an hour.
The route comes in two parts. The helicopter crosses downtown Sevierville first, then swings northeast over rolling, tree-covered hills. On a clear day Douglas Lake shows up far off on the horizon, and the lake stays a distant view on this route.

Booking runs per person through the listing below. On its October 2026 calendar, departures leave every 20 minutes between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Both points on the itinerary are pass-bys. The helicopter does not land until it is back at the heliport.
MyFlight's route pages add that flight paths can change with air traffic control requests, traffic, or weather. Count the lake as a clear-day bonus.
Every seat is a window seat. Each passenger wears a noise-canceling headset wired to the pilot, who gives a live commentary, and phones and cameras are welcome once you are buckled in. One traveler who booked this listing wrote that her husband, on his first time off the ground, already wanted "an extended flight next time."
Check-In, the Briefing, and the Photo Counter

MyFlight puts the whole visit at 35 to 60 minutes from check-in to exit. It asks guests to arrive 15 minutes before the flight and adds a 25-dollar late fee once a party is 25 minutes behind.
At check-in, staff ask for a photo ID and the card used to book; MyFlight says the names on the reservation, the ID, and the card need to match. Passengers are weighed at the same time.
The safety briefing follows, given by staff or on video, and every passenger watches it. MyFlight's Sevierville page also describes a pre-boarding hallway lined with more than 30 screens that preview the routes.
After landing, a photographer shoots your group in front of the aircraft. Those photos are optional extras, and the listing prices them at 50 dollars.
Three Seats per Flight, Two Tickets to Start
MyFlight carries up to three passengers on each flight, and its FAQ describes the aircraft as a Robinson R44. A group of four or more is split across consecutive flights.
Each passenger can weigh no more than 300 pounds, and everyone on one flight together no more than 600 pounds. A party over the combined figure can also be split.
Two is the floor on both sides of the booking. The listing takes two to fifteen adult tickets per booking, and the heliport flies a minimum of two passengers, with a solo traveler buying two seats to go up alone.
Children, Wheelchairs, and Weather
Through this listing, every ticket is an adult ticket: as of October 14, 2026, it sold seats for ages 19 and up only and would not take a youth ticket. MyFlight's own booking rules are wider. The heliport sets no minimum age and lets children under 24 months ride free on a lap.
The listing ticks wheelchair accessible. MyFlight's own answer is more specific. The R44 is a small aircraft, boarding means transferring up into the cabin with the ground crew's help, and its rule of thumb is that anyone who can climb into a truck can usually manage the helicopter. It asks wheelchair users to reach out before booking. No animals fly, service animals included.
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund through the listing; inside 24 hours there is none. The listing marks the flight as weather-dependent, with a new date or a full refund when weather cancels it, and MyFlight says it never flies in unsafe weather.
📍 The heliport sits at 1101 Winfield Dunn Parkway in Sevierville, off Highway 66 and across from The Wilderness Resort. Drive up the hill, find the building on the left, and walk in to check in. Parking on site is free.
From the desk it is a short walk to the pad, then a few minutes over downtown Sevierville and the wooded hills beyond it.
