Description

The grounds split cleanly by terrain, running from irrigated bluegrass across the north end into undeveloped native grass at the south. Paved pathways link directly to adjacent Mt. Carbon Elementary School. Dedicated in honor of Sgt. Timothy M. Mossbrucker, who was killed in the line of duty in 1995, the park officially adopted its name on March 26, 1996.
