Description

Opened in December 2005 by Chef Hiro Nakano and fellow luxury-hotel chef Shinji Shichiri, the restaurant takes its name from “Sen”—the Japanese word for freshness. Today, Nakano leads the kitchen alongside his daughter Lena, translating Strip-level culinary technique into a neighborhood setting with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and approachable authentic flavors, stretching into late-night sushi hours off the Strip.
