Sellwood Park
4.7 (1,274)park
Once a racetrack, this leafy neighborhood park pairs an outdoor pool and sports fields with trails under mature trees.
Description

Established in 1909 in Portland's Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood, the grounds include a historic 1920s concession building that now operates as a reservable kitchen space. Alongside basketball and pickleball courts, a playground, and horseshoe pits, paved and unpaved walking paths trace the park, with certain vantage points looking out toward the city and the river.
