Sellwood Community Garden
4.2 (5)park
4.2 (5)A quiet neighborhood garden where local residents cultivate fresh produce, flowers, and community plots.
Description
Acquired by the city in 2004, the 0.23-acre space in Sellwood-Moreland is organized around Portland Parks & Recreation plot rentals. Though widely appreciated by local growers, it is not an open foraging ground; visitors encounter posted signs restricting sidewalk blueberry harvesting, alongside mixed experiences regarding public picking rules.
