Seeking Space Yoga builds its community around counteracting the notion that practice belongs to a single demographic, placing gender and ethnic diversity at the foundation of its space. Beyond standard floor work, programming branches into sound journeys and somatic practice sessions alongside teacher trainings and specialized workshops. The schedule spans a wide energetic range, balancing slower mindfulness with power and shred classes to meet visitors at whatever mood or energy level they bring through the door.
