Seasonal Cocktails and Jazz in a Williamsburg Saloon

Split oysters, ceviche, and artisanal cheeses over staff-created cocktails in a vintage, speakeasy-style room.

Monday jazz sets the tone.

🎷 Jazz, Cocktails, and Oysters

On Berry Street in Williamsburg, Hotel Delmano wraps vintage, speakeasy style charm around original recipe cocktails created by the staff. Wine drinkers get their own rabbit hole, with a list of 100 bottles from small artisanal producers behind the bar.

The kitchen pairs a seasonal seafood raw bar with cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and small plates like ceviche and steak tartare. Oysters and a seasonal cocktail make a natural opening round, and a board of cheeses keeps the table going while the conversation stretches. The classic era room hosts live jazz on Monday nights, and the intimate, romantic setting suits a date or a quiet catch up more than a rowdy crawl.

The hours run late every night. Monday through Thursday the doors stay open from 4 PM to 1 AM, Friday from 4 PM to 2 AM, Saturday from 2 PM to 2 AM, and Sunday from 2 PM to 1 AM. Those early weekend starts leave room for an unhurried afternoon at the raw bar.
