Description
Known in Japanese as シーポートちゃたんカーニバル, this annual summer festival series unfolds across scheduled Friday and Saturday evenings along the Chatan waterfront. The evening program pairs mini live concerts and traditional Eisa performances with a three-minute oceanfront fireworks display that launches at 8:00 PM.
