Description

Tucked away in the warehouse district, this facility operates as both a working roastery and a learning space. The focus here is strictly on the craft, guiding guests through the technical arc of cacao—from its history and ethical sourcing to the delicate realities of roasting and tempering. As the first licensed Bird Friendly® chocolate maker, the roastery emphasizes transparency in its production. Beyond the observation of the process, the experience is hands-on: you are invited to pour and package your own custom bar, putting the mechanics of the shop into practice. The single-origin bars produced on-site are marked by a notably creamy texture and complex flavor profiles, reflecting the skill of the makers behind the molds.
