San Sabino serves lobster pasta in the West Village at 113 Greenwich Ave, giving Italian American classics a seafood forward spin. Lobster triangoli arrives in a white vodka sauce, snow crab fills stuffed farfalle, and shrimp parm brings a spicy crunch. Chefs Angie Rito and Scott Tacinelli created the menu with Quality Branded, pairing coastal Italian fare with balanced cocktails. Large windows light the modern room, and indoor and outdoor seating keeps the mood relaxed and unpretentious. Lunch runs daily from half past 11 AM to half past 2 PM, and dinner from half past 4 PM to half past 10 PM.
