Description

While the offshore breaks attract advanced surfers, the shoreline itself functions mainly as a scenic vantage point for photography and taking in the coast from dry ground. Strong surf, currents, and sharp reefs make the water unsuited for swimming, leaving casual bathers and families to head toward the calmer beaches situated further north.
