Description
Set at Aburi Girls Boarding School, the story follows Paulina, who views the Miss Ghana 1986 pageant as her path to fame and prosperity. When a recruiter visits, Paulina and her crew pull out all the stops, but the arrival of an American transfer student shifts the competition into a far more personal gear. Nearly a decade after its Off-Broadway debut, this Broadway premiere reunites playwright Jocelyn Bioh and director Whitney White.
