Description
At Aburi Girls Boarding School, queen bee Paulina and her crew prepare to secure the fame and fortune promised by the Miss Ghana 1986 pageant. Their plans are upended when an American transfer student arrives to compete, turning the selection process into a personal rivalry. Arriving on Broadway nearly a decade after its Off-Broadway premiere, the production reunites playwright Jocelyn Bioh and director Whitney White for this bright, biting comedy.
