Description

The hall honors composer Arnold Schoenberg, who served on UCLA’s music faculty from 1936 to 1944. Today, the newly renovated venue anchors the Herb Alpert School of Music, accommodating hundreds of masterclasses, conferences, and concerts each year. Its stage also welcomes guest artists and scholars across classical, jazz, and popular styles, hosting figures as diverse as Plácido Domingo, John Adams, and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra alongside Kaskade and A$AP Rocky.
