Description
The shop grew out of Philadelphia's first and only food truck serving custom-crafted schmears. At the Queen Village parlor, the counter pairs 20 varieties of freshly boiled bagels with twenty-five unique schmears and salads, alongside breakfast and lunch sandwiches and locally roasted coffee.
