Tucked along a spur near where the H-3 wraps up on the windward coast, this stop delivers an unvarnished vantage on two distinct landscapes. Facing inland opens onto the green cliffs where Jurassic Park was filmed nearby, while the opposing angle looks out over the valley and the airbase. Aside from taking photos and spotting the feral cats roaming the turnout, there is nothing else to do on site—making it purely a momentary pause before continuing the drive.
