A Westwood spa offering traditional Thai stretching, targeted deep-tissue release, and herbal therapies.
Description
Operating since 2012, Sawadee balances restorative treatments with vigorous physical bodywork. Beyond Swedish strokes, hot stones, and aromatherapy, the menu includes combination massages that pair multiple modalities to tackle persistent muscle tightness. The Thai and deep-tissue sessions are intensely hands-on: practitioners apply targeted pressure-point work to unlock stiff necks and tight shoulders, paired with assisted bodywork that will stretch you to the max.
