Opened in 2024 by founder Darshan Singh, who has served Indian food in San Diego since 2002, Sapphire builds on more than two decades of local kitchen experience. The menu features staples like Lamb Dhansak, Chicken Tikka Tandoori, and Paneer Tikka Masala alongside street-style chaat. Beyond everyday dining and weekday lunch specials, the room is arranged to accommodate family celebrations, catering, and private banquets.
