Santa Barbara Parade of Lights

The event organizes the harbor space into a multi-part procession, starting with a human-powered paddle parade that moves across the water. This is followed by an illuminated boat procession, where decorated vessels navigate the waterfront after dark. The evening concludes with a fireworks finale launched over the bay, shifting the focus from the close-range activity of the vessels to a broader aerial display.
