Spread across the tip of the peninsula, the grounds provide ample room along the shoreline, equipped with boating docks, benches, and picnic shelters outfitted with grills. Paved paths trace the water's edge—drawing dog walkers and views of egrets skimming the lake—while a basketball court broadens the athletic options beyond the fairways. The expansive layout also functions as an event ground, having served as the organized host venue for the Middle Tennessee Highland Games.
