Description

Exhibits trace how streetcars and cable cars influenced urban life across the 19th and 20th centuries. Opposite the Ferry Building, the collection pairs rarely seen archival photography and historical artifacts with audio-visual exhibits that document earlier transit eras. An on-site shop carries exclusive transit memorabilia and souvenirs.
