Description

Established in 1989, the park tracks the corridor of the San Dieguito River inland toward Julian. Its central undertaking is the Coast to Crest Trail, envisioned to span over 70 miles from the ocean to Volcan Mountain, alongside educational and recreational projects designed to preserve regional heritage and interface gently with nature.
