Description

Designed by G. Voorhees and built between 1901 and 1903, the six-level commercial structure incorporates classic Victorian detailing. Philanthropist George Brackenridge shared the building's upper floors with his sister Eleanor. Following a 2005 restoration, the property has accommodated office space alongside private use, with plans outlining redevelopment into a restaurant with a bar and lounge areas.
