Description
The kitchen traces its recipes back to El Salvador, where “Niña Martha” became known in her community for her chicken tamales and fresh green corn tamales. After relocating to Arizona, the family opened its first location in 2002, carrying those domestic culinary traditions forward into a wider lineup of Central American home-style cooking.
