Description

Aurélie adapts each session to the group, guiding participants from complete beginners to more advanced dancers through the weekly material. Every class opens with an articular and muscular warm-up before stepping into footwork practice and partner combinations. The main focus remains on partner work, aiming to build the communication, musicality, and confidence needed on the social dance floor.
