Robert and Raquel opened the first Sabrina's Cafe in May 2001 in the space previously occupied by the famed Litto bakery, once the source of Philadelphia's finest cannoli, naming it after their newborn daughter, Sabrina Isabella. Today, the cafe operates across the Philadelphia, Wynnewood, and Collingswood areas.
