Robert and Raquel opened the first Sabrina's Cafe in May 2001 in the space previously occupied by the famed Litto bakery, once the source of Philadelphia's finest cannoli. Named after their daughter Sabrina Isabella, the cafe has since expanded across Philadelphia, Wynnewood, and Collingswood, offering lunch all day alongside its morning staples.
