Ry's Poke Shack Kahuku

Started in 2020 by Ryan and Khannie Ching, the shack grew from a small neighborhood setup into a celebrated North Shore stop, highlighted by an appearance on Netflix’s Street Food. The kitchen pairs bowls with house-made sauces and well-received flavor combinations, leaning on local traditions where food stays simple and made without shortcuts. Even as the team brings its recipes beyond Hawaiʻi, the original Kahuku shack remains casual and grounded, anchored by its initial roadside roots and consistently friendly service.
