Started in 2020 by Ryan and Khannie Ching, the venture began as a small local setup on Oʻahu’s North Shore before growing into something far larger. The couple built it side by side with long hours and an insistence on taking no shortcuts, drawing on the Kahuku values they were raised with: simple food, fresh ingredients, and bowls crafted with genuine care.
