Ruthie's Cafe

Operating under the Good Foundation alongside its food truck, Ruthie's ties its comfort food directly to civic reinvestment. The kitchen creates second-chance employment through the Ruthie's Fellows Program in partnership with Unlocking Doors, while all cafe proceeds benefit St. Philip's School and Community Center.

The counter backs that purpose with hearty, well-crafted staples: melts layered with local brisket, pesto sandwiches, fresh daily salads, and cinnamon rolls turned out by an attentive staff.
