Rustler’s Rooste

Operating since 1971 on the lore of a former cattle rustler hideout, the venue serves up a Chuckwagon-style cookout with picnic seating. When the dinner bell rings, meals center on mesquite-broiled ribs and chicken flanked by traditional fixings, homemade apple pie, and fudge brownies. Beyond the tables and open-air patios under the stars, the setting runs on foot-stomping bands, line dancing, and western pastimes ranging from calf roping to fast-draw competitions.
