Description

Set on the grounds of George Russell’s 1890s pineapple farm and early attraction park, the restaurant connects local history with a welcoming waterfront setting. Opened by restaurateurs Philippe and Zoe Villain, the dining room pairs white tables and soft lighting to create upscale dining with a family dining feel.

The kitchen draws cues from Paris, New York, California, and the Far East, turning out dishes like beef carpaccio, short ribs, and seared scallops on pappardelle with lobster sauce alongside tender escargot and cocktails.
