Beyond its signature summer concerts, this spot hosts everything from Youth Pride to morning TV broadcasts. While the setting is scenic, the venue layout has its quirks: the audience stands downhill, which can make viewing difficult and standing uncomfortable during packed shows. Sound is best if you position yourself close to the stage. To bypass the notoriously slow lines at the drink stands, you can bring your own picnics and blankets. Many of the performances here are free, though entry queues can build up quickly.
