Rudy's Deli

Before establishing their physical storefront in 2005, founders Rodolfo "Rudy" Salgado and his wife Maria operated the business as a food truck in the late 1990s. Today, the kitchen prepares family recipes passed down through generations, serving up dishes like empanadas paired with a green aji verde sauce and grilled chicken sandwiches. The counter service is known for being quick and personal, with staff who make an effort to know their customers and package orders hot for takeout.
